My Carnival Cruise Review

I've been on a few Carnival cruises and figured I'd share my knowledge of Carnival with fellow cruise enthusiasts.

Carnival cruises offer fun and exciting entertainment all day long, unlimited food, which is amazing by the way, and guest suites that make you feel at home.

Every night on a Carnival cruise, they have special entertainment to suit lots of different tastes.

Some nights they offer full musical productions with dancing and singing, or maybe they'll have an adult comedian with some great racy jokes for the older crowd!

Shows are free to get into, it all comes with the price of the cruise itself. So feel free to visit the shows, if they're not your cup of tea, no problem, just sneak out the back.

Here is an example of a Carnival show, this will give you an idea of what you can expect on your cruise.

All of Carnival Cruise Lines' Fantasy class cruise ships feature three gorgeous pools and a whopping 114-foot-long, 15-foot-high slide, making these massive liners fun, floating water parks!

Even with some of the older liners, Carnival decks have great pools and hot-tubs that you can enjoy all day long!

I'm not sure what to say about Carnival food, but be prepared to gain some weight.

Enjoy a 24 hour pizza bar, always ready to serve you a hot slice of cheese, pepperoni, or maybe even a fresh-baked Stromboli.

Have a cheeseburger at the lunch buffet on the Lido deck, or enjoy a sit-down delicious plated meal one of the beautiful dining room.

Dinner on Carnival is my favorite time of day. These all inclusive 3-course meals make you feel like your dining in a 4 star restaurant, even allowing you to order multiple entrees and desserts at no extra cost!

And for those of you who have been on a Carnival cruise recently are probably very aware of how divine the chocolate melting cake is, in my opinion, the best dessert offered by Carnival!

The Carnival casinos are one of my absolute favorite things to do on the Carnival Cruise ships. Black Jack, Roulette, and not to mention the slot machines!

Every heard of something called "penny slots?" You can spend hours at these machines while only spending $5.00!

This is what one of our cabins looked like, a guest suite with a private balcony. We also stayed at a regular guest cabin, one with no windows or balcony. The real question is whether or not the windows and balcony are worth the upgrade costs.

My personal opinion is that the upgrade is worth the money, primarily for the balcony. One of the cruising highlights for me is being outside on a deck, watching the water, and having my own private deck area is perfect for me!

I have always loved my Carnival experiences and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great cruise vacation! I had loads of fun and can't wait til my next trip with Carnival!
